The incident began when the victim was robbed of a gold chain. As the suspect vehicle fled, the man attempted to chase and hold onto the car. Witnesses reported that the vehicle struck and dragged the victim. He was transported to a local hospital with injuries. The LAPD Central Division is investigating, and the victim’s emotional family was seen at the scene.
